เหลียวแลผิวเมื่อเข้าสู่หน้าหนาว

การสระผม
ไม่จำเป็นต้องสระผมทุกครั้งที่อาบน้ำ ก็เพราะว่าการสระผมบ่อยเกินพอดีจะเป็นเหตุให้เส้นผมแห้งแตกปลาย พร้อมกับหนังหัวก็แห้งจนเป็นที่มาของรังแคนั่นเอง ถ้าผมจะเปียกในขณะอาบน้ำก็ไม่ต้องสระด้วยแชมพู ให้ใช้ผ้าเช็ดน้ำออกเท่านั้น เพราะพอผมไม่มีความชุ่มชื้นมันก็จะทำให้ผมชี้ฟูไม่เป็นทรงเลยทีเดียว
การล้างหน้า
ใบหน้าของอิสตรีอย่างเราเป็นผิวที่ค่อนข้างบอบบาง การล้างหน้าบ่อยเกินไปจะมีผลทำร้ายเซลล์ผิวหน้าอย่างมาก การล้างหน้านั้นควรจะใช้สบู่ที่นุ่มนวลต่อผิว จะเป็นการปกป้องสุขภาพผิวหน้าได้เป็นเยี่ยม เมื่อล้างหน้าเสร็จแล้วก็ให้เช็ดด้วยผ้านุ่มๆ ต่อไปจึงชโลมครีมบำรุงต่างๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นครีมหน้าขาวหรือครีมหน้าใสที่มีสารสกัดมาจากธรรมชาติ เพื่อจะเพิ่มสุขภาพที่ดีสำหรับผิวหน้า
การอาบน้ำ
เพราะผิวหนังตามร่างกายเป็นผิวที่หนากว่าส่วนอื่นๆ อาการระคายเคืองจึงมีไม่เยอะ แต่ก็ไม่ควรที่จะนิ่งเฉย โดยอาจเสริมความชุ่มชื้นให้ผิวด้วยโลชั่นที่มีส่วนผสมของมอยส์เจอไรเซอร์ก็เพียงพอแล้ว
